About Spark Cleaning Solutions
In 2003, Adan began his journey with nothing more than a goal in mind, determination, a few cleaning supplies, and the dream of one day being a boss — cleaning many places and having many helping hands. He started out cleaning all the Capital Credit Unions across the Fox Valley by himself, working long hours. With time & consistency, he began building relationships through quality work and trust.
A decade later, in 2013 that dedication turned into something bigger - with a new branding name of Spark Cleaning Solutions LLC. What started as a oneperson operation grew into a team of 14 hardworking employees who shared the same passion for quality, excellence and reliability. Today, with over 20 years of experience, we’ve grown to more than 50 employees and proudly serve over 100 customers.

Owner - Adan
Adan is the heart behind Spark Cleaning — the one who keeps everything pumping. With many decades of hands-on experience and a natural talent for people and problem-solving skills, he ensures every employee has the skills, support, and confidence to deliver the quality Spark is known for. His leadership sets the standard, his determination fuels the company, and his constant drive for innovation keeps Spark evolving. Like the heart of Spark, he keeps the entire operation connected, strong, and always moving forward.
President - Noemi
Noemi is the head of the team at Spark Cleaning — the one who keeps every part of the company working together like a body with a clear direction. She oversees the big picture, ensuring our team has steady work, and strong partnerships. She leads customer service and manages all job scheduling so every client feels supported and every project stays on track. With her strength in operations, communication, and planning, she keeps the company moving forward and focused on our customers needs.
Facilities Manager
Our Facilities Manager plays a major role in making sure every service we provide meets Spark standards. She’s our eyes in the field — visiting job sites, supporting our cleaning technicians, and ensuring customer feedback is communicated clearly and quickly. Serving as the bridge between the office and the field, she keeps communication flowing and makes sure everyone stays on the same page. She performs quality checks onsite to confirm the full scope of work is completed to each customer’s satisfaction. Her dedication keeps our team aligned, our work consistent, and our clients happy — and as the legs of Spark, she’s always on the move, making sure every step the company takes is steady and strong.
General Manager
Our General Manager keeps Spark operating at its best every day. She ensures clear communication, organized workflow, and seamless coordination across the company. She’s the one connecting every detail — from supporting the team and overseeing daily operations to addressing customer concerns, guiding marketing initiatives, and managing employee matters with professionalism and care. Her
leadership keeps Spark moving forward confidently, and her hands-on dedication ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Field Manager
Our Field Manager is out in the field every day, making sure each job meets Spark standards the moment the work is finished. He stays on-site — inspecting buildings, communicating with technicians, working directly with customers, and handling any concerns right away. His presence keeps quality high, gives customers fast hands-on support, and as the strength of the team, he’s the steady support everyone relies on to keep every site running smoothly and confidently.
